The Journey Begins with a child

Growing up in poverty, children face tough challenges: domestic violence, hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and medical services, social discrimination and isolation. But with support from people like you, we can help children get the health care, education, life skills, job-readiness training and confidence they need to create lasting change in their lives and communities.  Together we can end poverty

stories of change

David Obone

David lost his father at a tender age, living with his mother  who was in and out of hospital all the time. He joined Yesu Anajali while in Grade 8 (Senior one) struggling on his own, cutting down trees to burn charcoal for school fees and scholastic materials.  He joined St John in Bweyogere from Grade 8 to Grade 11. After seating his UCE he opted to go to kyambogo University to do a certificate in computer sciences which he successfully acquired. Latter he went back to the University to pursue his Diploma in Computer science which he also successfully acquired. Today David is working which gives us every reason to give glory to God.
